The next CSTA Webinar will focus on key planning and legal issues to be considered when acquiring container self-storage sites.
The webinar will take place on Tuesday 4 October and will be presented by Heather Markham, Partner, Real Estate Team and Andrew Moss – Chartered Town Planner, of the independent law firm Ward Hadaway LLP (https://www.wardhadaway.com/). They have considerable experience in providing support and assistance for companies setting up and operating container self-storage facilities.
The webinar will cover a number of issues relating to: planning, freehold property acquisitions, leasehold acquisitions and heads of terms.
