At the conclusion of the 4th CTIA Members Meeting (Monday 23 April 2018) - the Container Housing and Conversion Summit - the CTIA will present the 2018 CTIA Awards to the winners of the four categories.

The Awards Ceremony will be followed by a Networking Reception for all participants.

Container Housing & Conversion Summit - 4th CTIA Members Meeting

We are pleased to announce that the CTIA will be organising the “Container Housing & Conversion Summit”, the CTIA’s 4th Members Meeting, at Central Hall Westminster, London on Monday 23 April 2018.

The Conference will focus on Business Opportunities and Technical Challenges in the use of New or Converted Containers for “Meanwhile Use”, including Housing and other Accommodation.

-    Meanwhile Use as a Catalyst for Regeneration and Place-Making

-    Existing Container Housing and Planned Projects

-    Stakeholder Acceptability and Public Perception

-    Project Challenges: Planning Consent, Financing, Management

-    The role of the CTIA in this sector of the container industry


Delegate Registration: Special Offer for Members

We are pleased to announce that CTIA Members are invited to register One Delegate free-of-charge.

  • Additional delegate registrations are at the discounted Members rate of £135 per person
  • Recognising the importance of encouraging Housing and Planning Officers from Government and Local Authorities to attend, delegates from these organisations will be invited to register for the Conference at the CTIA Members Rate
  • Non-Members will be able to register for the Summit at the Standard Non-Members Rate of £245 (subject to space being available, CTIA Members have priority)

Optional visit to Container Installations – Tuesday 24 April 2018

As part of the Meeting, the CTIA will be organising optional visits to “Meanwhile Use” Container Installations

The visits will be to installations in the London area and will take place on Tuesday 24 April 2018, the day after the Summit.
